We recently stayed at a stunning hotel with exceptional interior and facilities. It was in some areas close to the SkyTrain station and straight to the shop. The one-bedroom was huge, comfortable and had everything we needed. The Japanese toilet was a great touch. The food, including breakfast and room service, was exemplary and the rooftop bar and restaurant had great views. We took full advantage of the huge pool on the 26th floor and the free shuttle bus to the Emquartier shopping mall added extra convenience.
Customer service could be improved, with some staff not understanding requests and overlooking details.

I stayed in a one-bedroom residence and found it huge and very comfortable. The bed was definitely one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in. The hotel provides a free shuttle bus to the nearby mall, which was very convenient. The staff were attentive, friendly, and always greeted me with a smile. The breakfast buffet had a good selection, and I enjoyed the fresh coffee made by the barista.
Nothing, all was good.

Not one thing.

The rooms were very comfortable and clean, with luxurious amenities that made my business trip enjoyable. The rooftop bar had great cocktails, and the rooftop restaurant offered amazing views of the city skyline. The location was also perfect, with easy access to public transportation and local attractions.
The cleanliness of the hotel could have been better, as I noticed some areas that appeared to have been missed by housekeeping. The pool area seemed to be a bit neglected, with towels left all around and not enough staff attending to the guests.

My recent stay at 137 Pillars Residences was absolutely amazing. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a luxurious bed and a beautiful view. The facilities were top-notch, including a state-of-the-art e-toilet and a convenient washer and dryer in the room. The breakfast buffet was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. The highlight of my stay was the stunning pool on the 27th floor, which provided a breathtaking view of the city. I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

Spent Xmas here and it was amazing! Loved the two infinity pools with beautiful views and the staff were super helpful and friendly. The breakfast had a lot of options to choose from and it was one of the best I've had. The location was perfect and easy to walk to attractions nearby. the rooms were spacious and well-designed which added to the luxurious feel of the hotel.
The price tag was high, but it was worth it for the luxurious stay. However, the hotel takes a deposit from your credit card that won't be refunded until 2-4 weeks later which can be a bit frustrating.
